QUESTION
If exporting from QuickBooks Online using Rightworks Transaction Pro Exporter and then importing the data back into a QuickBooks Online company file, all of the column names do not match exactly. Are there pre-defined maps that can be used for the process?
RESOLUTION
When the data is exported from QuickBooks Online using TPro Exporter, some of the column names do not match the field names on the mapping window of TPro Importer for QuickBooks Online. However, Transaction Pro has created these maps in order to save time and minimize the chance of missed fields.

NOTE: Some fields for some import types do not export currently with TPro Exporter that can be imported with TPro Importer. Therefore, these fields will need to be added manually either to the import file prior to importing into QuickBooks Online or manually after the import has completed.
- Customers: Customer Type and Notes
- Invoices: Bill CC and Bill BCC Emails
- Products and Services: Type
- Purchase Orders: Location
- Receive Payments: Payment Reference # (this field is used to group together a Payment that pays multiple Invoices)
- Sales Receipts: Tip Amount
