RESOLUTION
If the above message is received when using Rightworks Transaction Pro Importer for QuickBooks Online, the Admin of the TPro subscription will need to disconnect and reconnect TPro by following the steps below:
- Admin user should log into the TPro application HERE
- Select the subscription that is having the issue
- Click on the drop-down arrow next to the Company Name in the top right corner and select DISCONNECT FROM QUICKBOOKS.
- Confirm by clicking DISCONNECT.
- Click on the drop-down arrow next to MY ACCOUNT in the upper right corner and select SIGN OUT.
- Admin user should re-login to the TPro application HERE.
- Select the CONNECT TO QUICKBOOKS button and go through the authorization process. If you have more than one subscription active, click on the drop-down arrow next to the Company Name in the top right corner and click ADD ANOTHER SUBSCRIPTION. Follow the prompts to reconnect your file.
- Retry the import.
