ISSUE
Selected transactions or list items are not being deleted when using Rightworks Transaction Pro Deleter.
RESOLUTION
If selected transactions or lists are not being deleted in the QuickBooks company file, check the following:
- Make sure the transactions or lists being selected for deletion are actually being selected. Rows remaining in the grid when the DELETE TXNS button is pressed are the transactions or list items that will be deleted.
- Try manually deleting the transaction or list item in QB. If the transaction or list item cannot be deleted manually, no third-party tool can delete the transaction or list item either.
- If steps 1 and 2 have already been checked, send thedelete log to Transaction Pro Support. The deleter log can be find at c:\Documents and Settings\(username)\My Documents\01 Transaction Pro Deleter\Invoice Delete Log.txt
