RESOLUTION

This message appears because a list item that Rightworks Transaction Pro Importer is trying to connect cannot be found in the QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) company file. In order to determine which list item is missing, please send support the troubleshooting log.

To create the troubleshooting log, please follow the instructions below: 

1. Create a one line import file that will recreate this error
2. Before import, select the options button
3. On the Advanced Tab, check the option to enable the troubleshooting log
4. Import the file
5. Send a copy of the troubleshooting log to TPro support
